Volunteers like you do 80% of the work at Cat’s Cradle. Volunteers have helped achieve over 350 adoptions and 2,000 subsidized spay/neuter surgeries per year, and growing.  Foster Parents
Are you hungry for the pitter-patter of little feet? You can give cats or kittens a chance to find a loving home.
Kittens often come to us several weeks too young for adoption. Some are sick or injured and need a safe place to recuperate. Foster parents provide food, shelter, and unlimited love, Cat’s Cradle assumes all veterinary expenses.
The time commitment varies from a few days to several weeks. A Foster Coordinator will work with you to find the right foster kitty or kitties, and is available to answer any questions.

 Trappers
TNR (trap, neuter, return) is a big key to ending cat euthanasia in our local shelters. Often on a weekend, we will trap 60 – 100 cats for Monday clinic appointments. This is a massive effort.
Cats in traps often must be maintained for a day or two until the appointments, which requires feeding, watering and transferring to clean the traps. Cats must be transported to the appointments and returned to the owners.

|  Data Entry
Allergic to cats but love them anyway? Like computer work? Detail oriented? Help us with data entry from home. This position requires some training, so we ask that you be able to give us at least 2 hours per week. Contact us.

Do you have a knack for the correct phrase or eye-catching designs? We need someone to coordinate advertising, public information and publications. This would include writing ads, articles, and information pieces, and finding publications that may let us submit ads/articles on a regular basis.
